1964 - Opened its first plastics molding plant in conjunction with its dairy facility in Fultonville, NY. 1983- Capitol Vial is founded in Fultonville, NY and patents the technology to manufacture a one-piece, leak-proof, and air-tight vial that is sterile as molded. These products revolutionized the dairy sampling industry and have become the standard in the US and European dairy markets. 1994- Capitol Vial opened a manufacturing facility in Auburn, AL. 1995- CSP Technologies is founded and filed its initial patents based on its 3-phase polymer technology. 2000-2001 - CSP Technologies expands its global reach and builds a 100,000 sq foot manufacturing facility in Niederbronn, France. This facility supplies the European healthcare market with desiccated flip top vials, desiccated bottles, as well as dairy sampling vials through a sister company, Capital Europe. 2002—CV Holdings, LLC is formed as the parent company with four subsidiaries: Capitol Plastic Products CSP Technologies Capitol Insulated Products Capitol Cups Inc. 2004– CV Holdings, LLC builds a new state of the art manufacturing facility in Auburn, Alabama. 2007- CV Holdings, LLC adds another facility in Auburn, AL dedicated to its CPP and CCI divisions . The new facility increases floor space by 115,000 square feet. 2008- CSP Technologies opens its Paris Technical Center to continue our commitment to being an industry leader in both mold design and technological advancements within the plastics manufacturing industry. |
